Celtic, and other sound methods. This cleanses your sacred space through the power of sound.
Bathing rituals have been practiced since ancient times to help clear negative energy and to
cleanse your aura. You can prepare a bath, using very warm water and infusing it with salts,
herbs, flowers, essential oils, teas, crystal vibrations, and more. If your time is limited, you can also take cleansing showers. Use visualization with white light as a quick and effective cleansing method. Ensure that before taking a cleansing bath or shower, your sacred space around you is also clean.
Essential oil diffusers is another way to purify the air in your home. You can use aromatic
essences like Lavender, Frankincense, Rosemary and Lemongrass. Sprays and spritzers
infused with holy water or combined with herbal oils can also be sprayed around you and your
home to quickly cleanse yourself and your sacred space. You can choose whatever cleansing ritual feels right for you. The main idea is to create rituals that work for you.
